The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and/or members of the OurFreedomNetwork.com (OFN) web site
Personal Information for Members
Any entity with a membership on the OFN web site agrees to maintain an up to date email address for their member profile. Users agree to use only an email address that they have full access to, and through which said member has the ability to receive and transmit email messages freely. Members agree to refrain from posting any personal information about themselves, or about others, which is either considered private or which could be used to cause any type of harm or damage to any individual.
Members found to be in violation of this clause will be considered eligible for revocation of their community priviledges and/or access to the OFN web site and it's servers.
Indemnification and Venue Status
All users of OFN agree that OFN is a venue for the transmission and distribution of internet-accessible content. This venue is for entertainment purposes only. Any commentary, broadcast or content within broadcasts or other areas of the OFN site are not automatically the views of OFN, it's owners or staff. Information provided on the OFN site is not to be considered supported by OFN. Any personal or universal unease, distaste or offense that any user of the OFN site may incur while using the site is not the responsibility of OFN. If any user, visitor or member of the OFN community or web site discovers any content within the OFN site that they find offensive or distasteful, improper or illegal, they are encouraged to contact the support staff of OFN in reference to such material. If said material is deemed inappropriate for public distribution, at it's sole discretion the owners of OFN may choose to remove such material. If said material is deemed viable for distribution on the OFN site, those who are offended by it agree to discontinue using the OFN site or refrain from complaints or public disapproval of said material.
Hacking and Security
All users, visitors, members and contacts to the OFN web site agree to refrain from all forms of digital attacks on the web servers used by OFN. Security systems are in place to detect intrusion, attempts at viral or trojan infections, and circumvention of the security software. Any user, visitor, member or other entity found to be attempting unlawful or unauthorized access to these systems will be investigated fully and all information garnered will be provided to the appropriate legal authorities.
Users found to be attempting to use, or using without authorization, any member account within the OFN system will be barred from the OFN community, reported to their corrosponding ISP and all information obtained in any investigation that is gathered will be provided to the appropriate authorities.
Phishing and or Spamming
All users of the OFN web site agree to refrain from the process known as 'phishing', or collecting personal information from this site, to compile lists for the purpose of unsolicited advertising, communication or data mining. All users additionally agree to refrain from posting advertisements within the OFN system forums, or through broadcasted video and/or audio content. Any violation of this clause will be considered grounds for immediate revocation of the offending members ability to participate in the OFN community.
Personal Responsibility
Members and non-member users of the OFN web site agree to abide by all regulations set forth on this site. All users agree to abide by proper internet etiquette, refrain from participating in or promoting illegal activities, and refrain from any form of threatening behavior while using this service.
All users agree to refrain from providing another persons personal information, either during the signup phase or actual participation in any aspect of this site without the express permission of that individual. Any discovery of personal and/or private (non-public) information by, about, toward or regarding any person, member or non-member, will be considered grounds for immediate revocation of the offending members ability to participate in the OFN community.
Illegal or Inappropriate Linking
Members of the OFN site who participate in the Discussion Forums and various Links directories within OFN agree to refrain from providing links, in any form, to any web site or server that contains illegal, pornographic, or other improper content when posting or replying to messages in the OFN system. This also includes any form of input on the OFN site, including blogs, messaging, emails or other commentary areas used by visitors or members.
Links to web sites outside of the OFN web site, if provided by any member or user, must be distinct and appropriate. No use of improper spacing, alternate charactors or other forms of disguising a link are permitted. Users found to be in violation of this clause will immediately be barred from further use of the OFN system.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All original content supplied to, housed on or distributed by OFN is the property of the owners of OFN. No software or site functions, including implied ownership of a members Personal Profile, Group, Network, Project, Team or Chapter are released to any entity by the owners of OFN. All software, features, functionality and content held within the OFN site are the intellectual property of the owners of OFN.
No transfer of ownership from OurFreedomNetwork.com to any other person or entity, in any form, is implied or executed by any action taken on the OFN web site.
Any portion of material provided for use by, display or broadcast on OurFreedomNetwork.com which contains copyrighted material retains it's original copyright. All live broadcasts of video or audio, as well as text or original graphic content, which is supplied for distribution through the OFN site is considered previously uncopyrighted material.
Hold Harmless
All users agree to hold harmless and relinquish any and all legal recourse that would or could cause any financial, reputable or physical damages to OFN, it's owners, staff or affiliated entities.
