   Candidate Supervision and Promotion Systems

If a member of the Freedom Network were to decide to run for public office, they could get support from this community.
Support can come in the form of financial assistance, or people to canvass an area, or people to help with advertising campaigns, signs in yards, phone support or 'whatever'. The only limitation is how far the community can take it - and how many people are in the locations where the assistance is required.

A list of all elected offices, starting from local board members all the way through City/Township, County, State and National government positions is being compiled already - so we'll know who can run for what, and where.

For those with the knowledge to do so, potential candidates can be helped to know what they need to do to run for an office - if there are any prerequisites to do so, historical data on elections for that office, or any other information deemed worthy to help a member gain office.

Campaign Management Systems (CAN-DO)
This system is designed to allow any person running for an electible public office the opportunity to get help from the Freedom Network.

Whether the individual candidate is running for a National, State, County or Local office position - this system can create a high-impact campaign assistance team in a very short time.

When a candidate applies for a Campaign Administration Network - Distribution Office (CAN-DO) on OurFreedomNetwork.com, they will have a vast amount of tools and resources at their disposal.
First, ther CAN-DO will automatically generate a web site for the campaign, listing all the pertinent information the candidate feels is important to get out to the voters in their election.
This campaign web site will be accessible by ANYONE - not just Freedom Network members - so the candidate can put a specific web address (url) on business cards, flyers, posters, commercials or any other advertising they use to promote their campaign.

The site has optional forums for candidates and their staff to communicate information to voters, answer questions and have discussions about the issues. These forums can be set up to be either public (all-access) or private (members only).
The site has optional messaging systems for sending action alerts to Freedom Network members who have signed on to the candidates campaign as assistants and supporters.
The site has campaign blogs, which can be used to keep the public informed on a daily (or hourly) basis of the day to day activities and advances the campaign is having.
The site also has a Campaign Event Calendar, which uses the Project Management system for setting up a variety of campaign specific events, such as debates, marches, canvassing, rallys, public speaches, phone canvassing and more.

When a candidate signs up on OurFreedomNetwork for a CAN-DO, the local, county, state and regional charter chairperson for the candidate's location will be notified automatically. If a chairperson at any level wishes to contact the candidate's campaign office to offer the assistance of the charter they chair, or request assistance for the candidates campaign from any member within their charter or hierarchially lower charters, the chairperson can 'fire up the troops' with the push of a button.

If a candidate is requesting assistance in gaining funding for their campaign - and the candidate has the legally required documentation and/or permits to persue private funding - the CAN-DO system can facilitate donation systems as well.

The campaign information will also be added to the OurFreedomNetwork internal search engine, so members looking for currently active campaigns or projects within specific areas, or that meet certain criteria, will find the campaign information.
